Hi, I’m Caroline. I am a qualified Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapist. My approach is Transactional Analysis which can be applied across all modalities.

Through counselling and psychotherapy, I can offer you the opportunity and time to explore areas you are finding difficult, and help you to understand why you are thinking, feeling and behaving in the way you do. I can enable you to investigate your thoughts and make positive changes of your choice while providing a confidential space.
