I am an integrative therapist using different models of therapy to support my clients find solutions to their presenting issues. Working with clients who have suffered a bereavement, anxiety, depression, stress, working with relationship issues and those who have a diagnosis of Autism or ADHD. Working towards a planned goal, with steps that are able to show improvement or that you have reached your goal. Understanding why you want to achieve your goal/s will help you to make the steps to achieving them and provide you with strategies to support.
I will need to understand what has brought you to therapy to be able to understand how we can work together, in achieving your goals. My specialty is working with anxiety and bereavement, I work on short term through to open ended at the clients request.
Taking the first steps in considering therapy can be very difficult, and I appreciate how this may make you feel. Being able to sit with a therapist who you have no connection, but with no judgments to what you bring together we can build a therapeutic relationship that enables you to explore and share the presenting issues with confidentiality.
