Welcome. I'm Regina and support people with a variety of life challenges and complex psychological issues, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, phobias, childhood trauma, bereavement, and chronic illnesses. I also work with identity, sexuality and relationships, racism, work difficulties, neurodiversity, and eco-anxiety. Having had a career in the higher education sector, I provide specialized support for the unique challenges of the academic sector, including low confidence, perfectionism, high-pressure, and burnout. I have been a migrant myself and provide a culturally sensitive approach.
I have expertise in perinatal psychology, and I work on the psycho-emotional aspects surrounding conception, pregnancy and birth, post-partum and child rearing. I support issues such as: pregnancy loss and perinatal bereavement, fertility and reproductive problems, assisted reproduction, disenfranchised grief, post-partum depression, and traumatic birth.
I am committed to providing a safe, equitable and inclusive space to support your health and wellbeing. I work in a relational way. Together, we can make sense of your experience by considering your structural circumstances (socio-economic, political), your culture, and your unique history and how these shape who you are.
