My intention as your therapist is to witness you, challenge you, and support your growth. This means we can work exploratively, creatively or more pragmatically - depending on what would best support you. If you want to shift your patterns and beliefs and move forward towards full expression in your relationships and your life more broadly, don't hesitate to get in touch. I work Monday - Friday and offer sliding scale pricing for day-time sessions. All of my work takes place online via Zoom or an equivalent provider.
