I have vast experience of working in areas such as: Affairs, Communication Breakdown, Conflict, Abuse, and Trauma. I work with each person's uniqueness in diverse situations including supporting each individual to find more satisfying ways to manage the challenges they are experiencing such as Anxiety, Low Mood, Depression or even Bereavement . I also offer Supervision to Counsellors and those in the helping professions. I also offer telephone and Online Counselling. I am a COSCA Practitioner Member. I have a Masters in Counselling from Abertay University. I have a Diploma in Relationship Counselling and I am also a Trainer.
I have worked as a Counsellor for the past 10 years which has allowed me to enhance my skills I can offer a safe and non-judgemental environment for Individuals or Couples to explore their issues by using an integrative model. My model caters around the uniqueness of the Individual or Couple and work pluralistically and to achieve the best outcomes.
I provide an accepting and non-judgemental space to help the Individual or Couple process their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and help them to make meaning of what is going around for them. Services are available to all regardless of culture, religious beliefs, age, gender, sexual orientation, or economic circumstances.
