Eating disorders, disordered eating, exercise addiction, constant dieting, low self-esteem & poor body image dictates some or all of your life. My specialist training and experience in eating disorder and obesity therapy mean I can provide guidance, support and therapy for adults experiencing difficult relationships with food, weight management & body image. I am also familiar with compulsive exercise, & underfueling at all levels of participation from recreational to competitive athletes.
