Creative Embodied Psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and people in polyamorous relationships - in Brighton & Hove, Lewes, East Sussex, and online (Zoom) across the UK.
I welcome people who identify as LGBTQIA+ and people who are neurodivergent, including late-diagnosed or self-diagnosed autistic adults. I provide inclusive, non-judgemental support - particularly for people who have experienced stigma or discrimination in the past.
I use talking therapy, mindfulness, body awareness, and creative expression - to help you to explore and understand your thoughts and feelings.
I specialise in sex & intimacy issues (psychosexual therapy) for people who feel they have physical or emotional issues that are affecting their sex life or their relationship, along with questions about identity, low self-esteem, or shame.
I support people who have had physical health issues - illness, treatment, or surgery, which has affected their body.
I offer a free 15-min zoom call so that you can meet me and see whether you would feel comfortable opening up to me.

Groups
LGBTQA+ online therapy group - 6 weeks
6-week group, running for 6 consecutive Wednesday evenings, 6pm - 7:30pm (90mins). We will meet online - on zoom - for the 6 weeks, in a group of 6-8 people (max). All group members will have a 1-to-1 assessment session with me beforehand, to check that you would find group therapy sessions beneficial, and to explore your goals. The cost of the group is £250 in total, which can be paid in instalments. This works out at £35 per group session, plus £40 for the assessment session.
