Hi, I'm Rebecca, a person-centred therapist working to support my clients in exploring the challenges and issues they are facing in the present and the past, and concerns they may have for the future. I offer a warm, empathic space in which we can explore your anxieties and needs together, and work towards the life that you hope for.
I aim to create a non-judgemental space where you can discuss your experiences and challenges openly and safely, whilst feeling truly heard, understood and accepted. My therapeutic practice is rooted in the person-centred approach, with your perspective at the core of the work. I currently also work at Allkind, and The Whole Works, Edinburgh (online).
I strive to create spaces that are anti-racist, anti-ableist, trans- and LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity inclusive, class-aware, inclusive of ENM/polyamory, and acknowledge the societal contexts and systems that we are living within.
I work both online and in-person in South Wimbledon currently.
