I help by offering you a private space to talk freely about your worries and concerns. As a professional I do not judge, I do not criticise, I do not discriminate, I do not tell. Building rapport and trust and offering you unconditional support is the starting point. From then we will use your expertise and my skills/knowledge to tailor your therapy.
