I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health Care and Professions Council (HCPC). I have worked within NHS mental health settings for 18 years. I offer therapeutic work for adults with a range of emotional difficulties, including anxiety disorders and depression. I have a particular interest in working with individuals who present with symptoms of psychological trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
I provide assessment, formulation and interventions to individuals presenting with a wide range of complex psychological problems including trauma, childhood sexual abuse, OCD, complex anxiety disorders, attachment /relationship problems and difficulties with emotional regulation.
Before training as a Clinical Psychologist, I worked as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I used a CBT approach to treat a range of anxiety disorders and depression, with working aged adults. I am accredited with the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies.
