There are lots of reasons why someone may come for counselling. It may be that they are trying to come to terms with a loss or are finding it difficult to cope with the stresses of everyday life. It could be their past is affecting daily life. You may be experiencing difficulties in your relationships or having sexual problems. This could be erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation, vaginismus, painful sex or loss of desire. I am Kink-friendly and aware. As a skilled integrative Therapist, I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space to explore difficulties in a confidential environment.
My training was in Therapeutic counselling I qualified in 2007, and I have since undertaken further training in CBT, Transactional Analysis and children's mental health. Couples counselling and working creatively with children and young people. I have a First degree in BA Hons in Solution-Focused Counselling. I also work as a Psychosexual therapist.
I work with a variety of people, adults children and couples, who may have emotional issues, whether they are struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, or coping with loss or death, I work with clients who are neurodivergent. I have also worked with clients who are survivors of sexual abuse, and domestic violence.
