Hello.I am a friendly, open, nonjudgmental, empathetic ,understanding ,Person Centred Counsellor. I qualified from Derby University with a BS honours Degree. Having experience with Autism, Depression, Bereavement , Anxiety ,Long Term Illness, mental ill-health . Taking the first step is hard but arrange a meeting with me and asking questions will help you make an informed decision before committing to Counselling . I will provide a safe, calm space for you . . You can heal, resolve, accept and develop new understandings of your life . Finding yourself in the process.
I will provide a caring, non-judgemental , confidential space. aiding healing in a non-directive way. I offer face to face therapy in my conservatory but can also offer online or phone. My therapy space is particularly relaxing for Teens and young people, I have experience with neurodivergent clients, taking in each clients individual needs.
Personal Loss , followedby mental and Physical ill-health drew me to counselling. I understand how hard life can be and how therapy helped me grow and become stronger .I work with Autism, Mental illness, bereavement and anxiety . I am happy to arrange an initial meeting as I understand how important it is to feel comfortable with your therapist.
