Welcome to my page. I am a UKCP accredited Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I am passionate about providing a safe space for you to explore the issues which brought you here. If you would like one to one counselling, do contact me. I offer one hour sessions, ideally every week, at a time to suit us both. In person, in Ulverston, Lancaster and in my woodland in Silverdale or by phone or online by video link.
I have a diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the Manchester Gestalt centre. Gestalt Therapy is a humanistic psychotherapy with a strong emphasis on us working together, creatively, to enhance your self awareness and to facilitate your growth and self-fulfilment. I have 7 years experience to share with you.
