My integrative approach combines several different theories which will be tailored to help your needs. I can help you to reflect on your life situation and facilitate your making healthier choices and change. I am passionate about what I do and want to help you seek fulfilment and peace. We might do this through breath work or guided relaxation imagery.
I can offer you the opportunity to talk openly, to explore your feelings and aspects of your life that might be confusing, worrying or painful. I offer an understanding, empathic, confidential space in which to help you feel welcomed, comfortable, and heard. This will hopefully help you to develop a stronger sense of self and self worth.
