I am passionate about helping clients explore their past experiences, learn ways to manage present moment distress, and look to the future with optimism and hope. I am a Somatic & Attachment focused EMDR Consultant specializing in attachment focused trauma and utilse EMDR to help clients lead a life free from PTSD symptoms. I offer a non-judgemental, supportive and curious environment to allow my clients to explore their strengths and learn about what is harder for them to do and why.
My approach is strength-based and humanistic. I believe humans are innately good and seek to lead a fulfilled and healthy life using the behaviors and skills they have implicitly or explicitly learned. I use CBT/DBT as well as the full 8 phase EMDR process to re-evaluate, process, and heal maladaptive behaviours that are preventing freedom and peace.
