I like to offer clients a space where they can work through their issues, exploring how past events may feed into the current situation, allow themselves to be challenged, whilst knowing they are safe and supported. Whilst it can be helpful to know what your end goal is, sometimes it can be as simple as to ‘not feel this way anymore.’
I am a person-centred counsellor, registered with BACP, and also offer breathwork, registered with IBF. Being person centred means this is a talking therapy in which I offer empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard. I view you as the expert on you, I merely offer the means of helping.
I believe that counselling can really be of value in today's muddled and difficult society. Mental health concerns have never been as high as they are, and I wish to offer support that is healing and helpful to anyone who visits.
