I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Integrative Therapist (Adults and Children/Young People). My aim is to empower clients to process difficult feelings, make positive changes and move forwards in their lives. The CBT approach is focused on understanding the links between our thoughts, emotions, body sensations and behaviours. CBT also empowers us to make changes in how we think and how we behave to change how we feel. My approach is collaborative and non-judgemental meaning I will always follow your goals and needs. I currently offer online session, face to face can be considered based on location please enquire.
I am a qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (PG Dip - CYP) with a specialism in Children and Young People. I also have Master degrees in Psychology (MSc) and Forensic Psychology (MSc). I have completed additional training (e.g Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) in other therapy models meaning I can also work integratively.
Knowing whether therapy is the right option for you can be difficult and daunting. I like to work with my clients and focus on supporting you to work towards your own goals and needs in a holistic way. I have had additional training and experience in working with clients with neurodiversity such as ADHD and ASC.
