My name is Rebecca and I am a Relationship Therapist.

I work psychodynamically, which means I will often delve into your past and help you understand, how it is still being lived out today.
I am a very authentic and genuine counsellor and I will always meet my client with empathy, understanding and a non- judgmental approach.
I help my clients to value themselves more and shift their perspective on the many life challenges that can weigh us down as human beings.
