Hello - are you are finding life tough? Maybe finding help is tough too? I'm glad you're here. I specialise in eating disorders; self harm; anxiety and neurodivergence (ADHD, autism etc), drawing on lived and professional experience. I work with children + adolescents who are struggling with their mental health; with parents who feel lost + overwhelmed; and with adults who are for the first time figuring out who they are. I love working creatively, to find an approach that works for you if words are difficult. I've worked in schools (private, mainstream & specialist) & the NHS for nearly two decades. Maybe I can help?
Maybe you or your child are struggling with disordered eating (AN, BD, BED, ARFID); body image, self harm; managing work or school? I'd love to hear your story. I work with a neuroaffirmative approach to neurodiversity, and have nearly two decades of experience. I draw on range of approaches, having found that “one size doesn’t fit all”.
It's ok to need help. I am registered with HCPC and BAMT. I am interested in the whole person that you are, not just treating one aspect. Sessions are 50 minutes and we would work collaboratively and confidentially together. The first stage is an assessment and then we can make a short or long term plan together. Do get in touch.
