Hi! I'm Rebecca, a qualified therapist with over 300 hours of trauma informed counselling experience. I offer compassionate support via online sessions to help you process your experiences safely and at your own pace. I am LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse affirming, meaning I welcome everyone with warmth and unconditional acceptance. I offer a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I have supported clients with a range of issues including trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress and more.
My specialty's include trauma/complex trauma, working with LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse individuals, self-worth and anxiety work and utilising therapeutic creative techniques. I am passionate about supporting people in identifying their negative thought patterns and beliefs and working together to challenge these, replacing them with a more balanced perspective.
