I am a Clinical Psychologist that provides specialist support for children, adolescents and young adults who are struggling with their mental health. I use a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support young people who may be struggling with a range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, phobias or trauma. I have a range of experience supporting individuals and families following traumatic experiences or adjustment to physical health difficulties.

I provide therapy which is compassionate, evidenced-based and collaborative. The main models I use are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Systemic Therapy. I also provide specialist clinical supervision for professionals.
