I offer Online and Telephone Counselling and a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your requirements. l work with individual clients and couples, in a highly collaborative and relational counselling process that can lead to real change, a deeper understanding of yourself, and the enhancement of your well-being and inner resourcefulness. We look together, in a private space, at issues and sometimes at past experiences, so that we can start to make sense of whatever you are facing.
You might be feeling depressed, anxious or stressed out. You might be experiencing relationship issues, grief or loss, abuse or trauma, you may need a private and neutral space to talk. Whatever you are facing, you needn’t face it alone.
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation before we meet. The first session you attend is at a reduced fee and is an opportunity to meet and for us both to assess how well we might work together. You are under no obligation to continue working with me if it does not feel right for you after this initial session.
