Over the last 3 years, I’ve worked in a London community-based practice with clients on a short and long term basis, across different ages, sexual orientations, religions and ethnic backgrounds.
I understand how hard it can be to share feelings, memories and experiences with someone new. As a qualified psychotherapist, I strive to build a trusting, non-judgemental relationship with you early on , where you feel safe and confident in sharing and working-through difficult feelings.
