Kirsten, will support you in your process of self actualisation by providing a safe space to explore, acknowledge and begin to process the challenges that are creating tension between your self concept (how you see, feel and experience things now) and ideal self (where you want to be).
The direction of each session will be defined by you without pressure or expectation. Kirsten has experience of working with clients who have encountered significant trauma, grief and/or have been medically diagnosed with a range of mental health challenges. Maybe this is you, or maybe you’re just feeling a bit stuck in your current situation.
As a person-centred psychotherapist, I offer individual and couples therapy, both online and in person, facilitating a space where you can acknowledge where you are and start to understand how you got to be there. With growing awareness comes empowerment and an opportunity to choose where you go next.
