Hi, I’m Terence , As a Counsellor / Therapist, with a background in Person Centred Counselling this means I focus on creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. I help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, couples counselling, grief, bereavement, self esteem, self worth, trauma, stress, self care, confidence as well as addictions, anger issues and PTSD. Together, we can work to find strategies in addition to helping you navigate through your challenges so that you can move towards a more fulfilling life. I offer face to face, online, or over the phone whichever you prefer.

I am an experienced registered Counsellor, working with a variety of issues such as anxiety, grief, stress, depression, relationship counselling & couples counselling, self esteem, life transition, trauma as well as anger and addictions. I work with clients in a collaborative and empathetic way to explore their feelings in a confidential space.

I offer a supportive environment which allows you to gain personal insights and an understanding of yourself so you can move forward in a way that feels right for you. I work flexibly and adapt the work for each client, depending on what you wish to explore and how many sessions you require.
