I’m Terence. As a Counsellor and Therapist with a background in Person Centred Counselling, I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. I offer support for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, couples counselling, grief, bereavement, self-esteem, self-worth, trauma, stress, self-care, confidence, addictions, anger issues, and PTSD. Sessions are available face-to-face, online, or over the phone, whichever suits you best.
With years of experience as a registered Counsellor, I support clients facing challenges ranging from anxiety, grief, stress, depression, and self-esteem issues to relationship and couples counselling, trauma, anger, and addictions. My approach is collaborative and empathetic, providing a confidential space for clients to explore their feelings together.
