I work with individuals and couples navigating sexual difficulties, intimacy challenges, relationship conflict, and life transitions. I bring warmth and a genuine belief in the innate goodness and agency of every person I work with.
I support individuals with a range of issues such as low desire, pain during sex, erection issues, ejaculatory concerns, orgasmic issues, sexual compulsions, sexual & identity exploration, infidelity, CNM, conflict & communication issues.
My approach is integrative and relational at its core - building a strong therapeutic alliance and balancing theory with what is alive between us in the session.
At the heart of both relationship and psychosexual work is connection - with yourself, with your body, and with the people you're close to. Drawing on CBT, attachment theory, and erotic templates, I help clients untangle the patterns, shame, and stories shaping their intimacy - and move towards a more authentic relationship with themselves and others.
Having lived across different countries and cultures, I bring genuine sensitivity to diversity – race, culture, gender, sexuality, and neurodiversity. I follow my clients’ pace, and am not afraid to offer a gentle challenge when the moment is right.
