Hi and welcome to RDA Psychology Practice. We are a dedicated team of Psychologists (Clinical and Counselling) and Counsellor/Psychotherapists passionate about delivering trauma informed, evidence-based, strength-based therapy. We specialise in Autism, ADHD and Trauma, Hearing Voices, Ritualistic behaviours, Unwanted Intrusive thoughts, Anxiety, Stress, Bereavement/Grief, Race, Cultural Competencies, Identity, Culture, Social Justice, Low mood, Self Esteem and Intellectual disabilities. We work across the life space with children, young people, adults and older adults. We also work with couples, systems and families.
We integrating key principles from the National Autism Training Programme to help understand life experiences and distress. We adopt a decolonised approach informed by Liberation Psychology. Our therapists offer a trauma informed, relational approach to therapy, aimed to improve your wellbeing. We match a therapist based on your needs and preference.
All practitioners have clinical experience in the NHS and hold Enhanced DBS. We offer both online and in person sessions. We also offer evening slots. We know that it can feel daunting taking the first step but it also be extremely empowering. Our approaches evolve as new research develop.
