Hi and welcome to RDA Psychology Practice. We are a dedicated team of Psychologists (Clinical and Counselling) and Counsellor/Psychotherapists with a broad range of experience and knowledge in areas such autism trauma, anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, ADHD, emotion regulation, interpersonal difficulties and more. Our practice is grounded in an understanding that race, identity and culture meaningfully influence how difficulties are experienced and expressed. We offer individual therapy for children and adults. We also offer consultations and services for professionals including workshops and training.
We offer a range of approaches and match a therapist based on your needs and preference. Some psychologists will offer therapy informed by third wave CBT therapies such as ACT, CFT drawing on values and compassion, some have clinical experience in CAMHS and offer a child focus approach and others are trained in trauma informed approaches.
All practitioners have had clinical experience in the NHS. Sessions are both online or in person. We also offer a limited number of evening slots. We recognise that beginning therapy can feel like a big step, yet it can also be an empowering and important space for growth and support.
