I understand the way adverse childhood experiences impacts adult life and how trauma affects mind, body and soul and the complex ways a person tries to cope with these affects in order to cope and get through.
The essence of my work is to facilitate self -growth and self -compassion, as I know how hard it is to feel good about living when you are feeling so disenchanted with life.
