More important than any particular school of therapy is the relationship between client and therapist, and to that end, I focus on being the empathetic, non-judgemental, knowledgeable ally that clients require.
My goal is not just to help clients gain the tools and understanding to face their present challenges, but also any others they encounter in the future.
