I am an integrative psychotherapist with a primary training in Psychosynthesis and secondary trainings in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Certified Practitioner), Internal Family Systems Psychotherapy (Levels 1-2) and EMDR (Levels 1-3). Drawing on the body, long history with Buddhist psychology and meditation practice, and over 12 years experience working with complex trauma in therapeutic communities in the NHS and the prison system, I work to help people reframe mental health difficulties as psychospiritual opportunities to deepen our relationships and maximise our potential.
I have a special interest in working with trauma and spirituality in the body, including working with non-ordinary states of mind, using such techniques as mindfulness, guided imagery, parts work, and movement, among others. Offering: psychotherapy, coaching, supervision, group work, training and consultancy.
"You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves." Wild Geese | Mary Oliver
