I work with individuals and couples facing infidelity, intimacy issues, compulsive sexual behavior, communication breakdown, emotional disconnection, and the impact of unresolved trauma on relationships. For over 18 years, I have helped people move from crisis and confusion toward clarity, accountability, emotional safety, and deeper connection. My approach is direct, compassionate, practical, and deeply relational.

I help couples and individuals figure out what kind of relationship they want, teach effective communication, offer relationships skills that create connection. I also work in the realm of sexuality and sexless couples and infidelity recovery.

I understand how complicated relationships can be. I have been married for 17 years and have 2 teenage children and it is important for me to walk the talk. I work hard in my marriage to figure out how to maintain love and connection not only for myself and my husband, but to help guide my clients to have closeness in their own lives.

I offer multiple online women’s groups on sex and relationships to get the health and support. We all need. There are multiple groups. Each group has maximum of 15 women and each group to ensure safety, confidential and comfortability. There is a 8 week commitment, even if you can’t attend them all. You may stay in the group for as long as you want. This is a great alternative for women that cannot afford individual or couples therapy..
