I am an experienced psychotherapist and have worked with a wide range of complex trauma, abuse, loss, work related stress and mental health issues. I have an integrative approach to my work and tailor the work to suit your needs. I have a strong belief in every individual being able to manage themselves with the appropriate resources and being able to change the repeating negative patterns or behaviours in their lives, personal and work relationships.
Along with English, I offer therapies to Asian clients speaking Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu. I provide culturally appropriate counselling for issues such as arranged marriages, controlling relationships and managing life within different cultures. I have substantial experience of working with domestic abuse and provide a safe space to process the trauma.
