I am an Integrative Counsellor accredited member of the National Counselling Society. I work with both adults and young people. My therapeutic perspective is relational and integrative, which means I emphasize the relationship between the client and the therapist and use a variety of modalities (Transactional Analysis - Gestalt-Person Center Therapy –Cognitive Behavioural Therapy –Existential - Mindfulness) to work with each individual client and their individuality.
Together we might make sense of what isn't working well in your life, how your past affects your present; look at how you relate to yourself and others; pay attention to your patterns of thoughts and behaviours; bring awareness to how you experience your body and make links between your thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations.
