I offer a flexible approach to appointments and a relaxed confidential space for sessions. My practice has allowed me to help clients of all ages from all backgrounds with wide ranging issues.
A systemically trained counsellor, believing change is always possible. I consider my approach to be what is termed "integrative" where I use a blend of theory and techniques from the Person-Centred, Solution Focused, Systemic schools of counselling and psychotherapy.
