Hi, my name is Kruti and my aim is to provide you with a safe, non judgemental environment where you can grow and develop. Using an integrative approach I can help you explore yourself so you can find your inner peace and reach your full potential.

I work together with my clients on their unique issues and goals. Singles, couples, families and groups. My specialties are in counseling, mindfulness, relaxation, meditation, business and leadership coaching, along with occupational psychology for companies and their managers. My practice is based in Reading and London, onsite or via Skype. The sessions range from 30 minutes to 12 hours, depending on your needs. I have over 30 years of experience and would love to help you grow, find balance and achieve success.

I am a registered member of British Association of Counselling Practise (BACP) and comply with their practise Ethics and Standard. I am an Integrative counsellor with Humanistic approach using Person Centred, Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behaviour and Systemic Family Therapy as my core models. Each individual I work with is unique and come with issues that get in the way of their life from time to time. I respect everyone is different and I work with clients according to their personality and presenting issues.•I know it can be really hard at times to reach out for help but please remember you are important.

I am an integrative counsellor, HCPC registered Music Therapist and Neurologic Music Therapist, with a MSc in Psychology of Pathological addictions, and further training, amongst others, in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy. Currently, I'm finalizing my MSc in Clinical Psychology. Within a holistic person-centred approach, I include in my practice techniques based on mindfulness and breathwork, and, as a Registered Nurse, I bring a well-rounded understanding of health and patient care into my practice.

EDA Associates are a team of highly experienced Counsellors and Psychotherapists providing a range of therapies to help with Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Low Self Esteem and all Trauma based issues including PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). Our therapists are qualified in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desenistisation and Reprocessing) and Integrative Counselling. We work with Adults, Children and Adolescents. We see clients who self refer, as well as those who may have insurance such as BUPA or Aviva. We are always happy to discuss your counselling needs prior to your making an appointment.

I offer therapy to adults and young people who are struggling with psychological distress and/or mental health issues. I work with individuals who wish to increase their understanding and awareness of themselves in order to progress in any aspect of their lives. I have the clinical expertise to work with a variety of difficulties and I use a variety of therapeutic models and approaches to facilitate this. I currently work as a Principal Psychologist for the NHS.
