My Name is Letoya Bailey and I consider myself an incredibly grateful person. Every day I get to do work that not only feels meaningful and fulfilling but also, to me, feels like nothing short of a calling. ​ I believe wholeheartedly in the transformative power of the work of therapy and I consider it an honour to be able to support you on your journey. I work with the full range of mental health difficulties, from short term to those that are severe. Emotional struggles present themselves in many ways, for example, Depression, Anxiety and Relationship Difficulties.

I believe we are all susceptible, at some point in our lives, to feeling overwhelmed by what life can bring. Sometimes we encounter experiences that are hard for us to come to terms with leaving us in need of support, this may be in the form of a bereavement, a relationship breakdown, a job loss; any event that we struggle to comprehend and understand. Other times a series of events may have taken place that leave us feeling like we are walking under a big black cloud and fail to see a way forward. At times like this counselling can help.

I am happy for you to contact me, in whichever way you feel comfortable with, making this first move to contact someone is the hardest step of all and it takes courage. We can have a chat and you can have a think about whether you think and feel I can help you and whether you would feel comfortable to share and work with me. My method is holistic, which involves evaluating and encouraging the alignment of your complete being. Your mind, body and soul.

As an accredited, fully qualified practitioner and supervisor with over 20 years experience, I offer long or short term counselling and psychotherapy for adults and young people for any emotional or mental health issues such as anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, abuse, stress, anger management, PTSD and depression. I also provide an employee assistance programme (EAP) for businesses in the area, offering a service supporting workers suffering from stress or other psychological difficulties which can effect attendance and/or performance.

I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Oxford University. I have experience of working with individuals, couples, families, adults, older adults, children and adolescents and people with learning disabilities, within a wide range of NHS health care settings. I specialise in working with couples and also supporting people who have long-term physical health problems such as diabetes, chronic pain and chronic fatigue. I wrote my doctoral thesis on adolescents’ experiences of going to boarding school and have an interest in the impact of boarding school on psychological wellbeing.

I am an integrative counsellor, HCPC registered Music Therapist and Neurologic Music Therapist, with a MSc in Psychology of Pathological addictions, and further training, amongst others, in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy. Currently, I'm finalizing my MSc in Clinical Psychology. Within a holistic person-centred approach, I include in my practice techniques based on mindfulness and breathwork, and, as a Registered Nurse, I bring a well-rounded understanding of health and patient care into my practice.

Hello, my name is Dr Joanna Saddington. I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2006. Before setting up in private practice I worked in the NHS for 18 years. I am passionate about helping adults, young people, children and families overcome their difficulties. We all know life can be challenging, so it doesn't matter whether a problem is longstanding or is more recent. What is important, is that we work together to try to solve it. I always aim to work in a way that suits the individual and their needs, as well as aiming to deliver therapy empathetically and without judgment.

I offer therapy to adults and young people who are struggling with psychological distress and/or mental health issues. I work with individuals who wish to increase their understanding and awareness of themselves in order to progress in any aspect of their lives. I have the clinical expertise to work with a variety of difficulties and I use a variety of therapeutic models and approaches to facilitate this. I currently work as a Principal Psychologist for the NHS.

I am an Integrative counsellor with Humanistic approach using Person Centred, Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behaviour and Systemic Family Therapy as my core models. Each individual I work with is unique and come with issues that get in the way of their life from time to time.
