During these challenging times, I am offering low cost counselling and psychotherapy which can be made available immediately for you through telephone, and online with me, through Teams, Zoom, Skype and WhatsApp.

New Horizons Network is a team of counsellors, life coaches and psychotherapists. Being able to explore areas of your life which you may wish to understand, improve on or make changes to can make life better, improve relationships and self esteem. We all deserve the best from life. We believe that coaching, counselling and psychotherapy should be accessible to all. Everyone faces challenges, dilemmas, fears, problems and issues in their lives. Sometimes we can manage to cope. Sometimes our usual coping methods don't seem to work. Newid pronounced "Nowed" is Welsh for change. I chose this name not only to reflect my heritage but also to reflect that change is the only constant in life. We all travel with it, yet all our experiences can be profoundly different. I believe that counselling is a collaborative process in which we work together on what you want to change or explore in a safe non-judgemental environment. I offer an integrative approach where we work side-by-side to understand your past and help you discover new ways of coping and moving forward. I recognise that courage is not fearless and making the 1st step can be challenging in it's self.

Ajay Lamba has delivered psychotherapy in NHS hospitals and private practice, which has provided a wealth of experience with people from diverse backgrounds and all age groups. His academic and work career has been focused on helping people achieve their goals of recovery by relieving symptoms of depression and anxiety, from mild to severe psychological difficulties.

Hello my name is Peter and I believe I have an intuitive sensitivity for my client’s emotional world which helps me to understand their thoughts and feelings, this in turn creates a strong connection between us that gives my client the confidence to share those important thoughts and feelings and together we can work to move forward. Welcome to my profile. I am fortunate to have worked across a range of contexts as well as extensive experience with a numerous clients. As a consultant family and systemic psychotherapist with 25 years experience I specialise in parental alienation, reunification, complex trauma and ptsd, couple therapy, family therapy, eating disorders, child and adult mental health, relationship difficulties, addiction including porn, sex and betrayal. I provide therapy for child to parental violence and repair family systems. Alongside working with courts, solicitors, social care, individual clients I also provide coaching and supervision.
