The therapy I offer is all about the client and what support they feel they are looking for. I will listen to you and offer you that safe space to think about things that are affecting you now or from the past. I will support you as the unique and individual person that you are and help you to unravel some of those things that have been impacting on you. I offer a free 30 minute session to see if you feel comfortable talking to me and to make sure that you feel safe.
I have suffered with mental health issues myself so I truly have a really good understanding of what it might be like for you and how to help you find the way out of that dark place into the lightness once again with no conditions attached. Mental illness can affect anyone at anytime. Just because you cannot see it does not mean it is not there.
I offer a safe confidential space for you to talk openly about how you truly feel without the fear or being judged or rejected. I will listen to you and allow you to talk openly and honestly about your worries and struggles and how things have impacted on your mental health and wellbeing and help you find a way forward that works for you.
