I am trained to work with young people, adults and couples who are presenting with a whole range of issues. I am specialised in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, low self-esteem, relationship issues, bereavement and issues surrounding spirituality. The therapy space I create gives the client room to express shame, guilt, fear, anger, grief and other painful feelings. The safe space of therapy depends upon the therapist's inner calm, I work to maintain this.
