I am registered on the approved Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (License 055765) and have experience working with adults, adolescents and couples. I am DBS and UK Gov National Security approved. I have over 19 years of experience and offer clinical assessment and treatment for a range of mental health presenting problems. I use an integrative approach as I do not believe that one style fits all. This means that I will suggest utilising the most appropriate approach according to individual needs and wants. The main approaches I work with, but not limited to, are TA (Transactional Analysis), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Humanistic Therapies. I am also a qualified Europe and UK EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) therapist, a treatment with great success for different types of trauma, PTSD, assaults, rape, phobias, illness, injury, anxiety, self-esteem, stage fright/ performance/ tests and relationship issues.
