I am a Clinical psychologist and a Cognitive Analytic Therapist experienced in offering therapy to adults feeling troubled by emotional or mental health difficulties and challenging life circumstances. I have experience working within the NHS and in private practice and am trained in a range of psychological therapies.

I am a Clinical Psychologist who has had the privilege of working across a range of mental health settings (mostly in the NHS) to help people find ways to overcome some of the challenges in life. I strongly believe in the importance of providing evidence based, high quality therapy, but I also believe that therapy should be a very human experience.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, children, young people and elderly, therefore diversely with anyone who wants to commit and help themselves overcome any personal difficulty.

I am an integrative counsellor, HCPC registered Music Therapist and Neurologic Music Therapist, with a MSc in Psychology of Pathological addictions, and further training, amongst others, in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy. Currently, I'm finalizing my MSc in Clinical Psychology. Within a holistic person-centred approach, I include in my practice techniques based on mindfulness and breathwork, and, as a Registered Nurse, I bring a well-rounded understanding of health and patient care into my practice.
