Welcome to my profile. I am fortunate to have worked across a range of contexts as well as extensive experience with a numerous clients. As a consultant family and systemic psychotherapist with 25 years experience I specialise in parental alienation, reunification, complex trauma and ptsd, couple therapy, family therapy, eating disorders, child and adult mental health, relationship difficulties, addiction including porn, sex and betrayal. I provide therapy for child to parental violence and repair family systems. Alongside working with courts, solicitors, social care, individual clients I also provide coaching and supervision.

As a specialist psychologist and psychotherapist, I work with the National Health Services UK, focusing on services for adults with autism/ADHD, PTSD, couples, psychosexual therapy, and psychological therapy for comorbid mental health conditions. I am deeply interested in the efficacy of psychological therapies for these groups and the necessary adaptations in therapy. My extensive experience in assessment, formulation, and clinical management allows me to contribute to service development, supervision, safeguarding, and the creation of innovative client engagement methods in therapy.

Hi, my name is Rimpy Sandhu. I have been working as a volunteer as well as in my private practice as a counsellor and psychotherapist for 10 years . I know it can be very scary and difficult to talk about your issues, revisit those painful memories. Sometimes it’s hard to recognise and express your own feelings. I offer a professional, supportive, confidential, nonjudgmental and ethical therapy in order to help with your presenting issues. Counselling helps you to understand yourself and to find coping strategies to deal with the day to day difficulties you might be facing.

I’m a Counselling Psychologist with a wide range of experience in a variety of healthcare settings such as the NHS, Charities & Private Hospitals. I have extensive experience working in both primary and secondary care settings including Secondary Schools, Universities, Drug & Alcohol Services, Trauma Services and in Forensic Settings. I have experience working with young people and adults presenting with a wide range of difficulties such as depression, anxiety, eating disorder, personality disorder, drug addiction and relationship difficulties. I offer individual, group, family & couples therapy.
