I help clients to cultivate a mindful awareness of their thoughts and emotions, so that they can be present with whatever arises. I work holistically with the mind, body and spirit to help clients connect to their authentic selves and trust in their own inner guidance, developing the confidence to become who they want to be.
Sometimes, things can get a bit too much and we find ourselves needing help, wanting to reach out to family and friends, but they are often caught up in their own issues and cannot fully hold space for ours.
