Therapies use are informed by neuroscience, are deep, non-shaming, far-reaching, and work with you - not against you. I help to facilitate an immersive, and expansive experience to help you heal from what has a hold over you, even when you're not sure what that is. When you see me, we work in collaboration, organically, so you can feel you have more capacity, calm, clarity, confidence and more..
Fully trained in IFS (Lv1,2,3) Therapy. I can use IFS exclusively or integrate into other models: AEDP, Internal Family Systems, Parts/Ego State/Inner Child, Brainspotting, EMDR 123 & 2.0, EMI 1&2, Lifespan Integration Lv1, & Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Those practising IFS should be trained IFS-Lv1 min from IFS Institute.
