Hi my name is Salma and I am an experienced MBACP Counsellor, supporting clients from as young as 8 years to 80 years, and also clients from different backgrounds- including those of different race/religions or with additional needs. As an integrative Counsellor, I draw on different therapeutic approaches in my work, dependent on client needs and differences. I always tailor an approach to therapy that makes sense to each clients individual needs and wishes as they are priority in the counselling process and journey. I work at a pace that is comfortable for the client and offer a confidential safe space to share feelings.

I am passionate about helping adults, young people, children and families overcome their difficulties. We all know life can be challenging, so it doesn't matter whether a problem is longstanding or is more recent. What is important, is that we work together to try to solve it.
