I am an HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist and trained CBT and DBT therapist. I have been working in mental health for 9 years with both NHS and private health care experience. I work inline with my values of openness, integrity, non judgemental stance and positive regard. I have an interest in equality and diversity which is considered in the work I do and reflected in my academic research.

I have over ten years experience of working with children, adults and families, aiming to help people explore challenging situations or relationships, toward understanding how particular difficulties have risen and help you work through this time. I specialise in complex mental health and support individuals and families who have been affected. I have seven years experience working with children and teenagers who have Learning Disabilities and issues relating to school. Prior to this qualification I was awarded a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) degree in Psychology with Clinical Psychology from the University of Kent. I have a wide range of experience working within a number of Community Mental Health Teams and Psychological Services Departments for the Kent and Medway NHS Foundation Trust.
