I am an integrative psychotherapist, specialising in working with adults (18 years+) with eating disorders and body image problems, as well as with adults with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), often owing to current or historical abuse. I have been in private practice since 2006, and work with individuals, couples and with groups. I have been working in psychotherapy since 2003. My background encompasses both private mental health sectors and NHS Mental Health Trusts, working both 1:1 and in groups, and includes working in a cutting-edge therapeutic community.
