Prior to this qualification I was awarded a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) degree in Psychology with Clinical Psychology from the University of Kent. I have a wide range of experience working within a number of Community Mental Health Teams and Psychological Services Departments for the Kent and Medway NHS Foundation Trust. Hi, I'm an integrative counsellor/therapist, I'm an accredited MBACP Reg. and MNCS Reg. therapist. I offer 1:1 therapy, couples therapy and family therapy via zoom or face to face appointments in my private practice. It can feel quite daunting to see a counsellor, so I provide an initial free 50 minute in-take session for you to discuss your issues and any concerns you may have about your counselling journey.
