I work with clients with a range of issues and needs. Identity, early trauma and family are key themes. How can we really live until we understand who we are as unique, important and complex individuals. Clients who are feeling stuck, limited, controlled, repeating patterns that leave them feeling manipulated or short changed; that their decisions centre on someone else’s need rather than their own. I work with adults; I have experience of working with survivors of domestic and sexual abuse, loss & bereavement, relationship difficulties, anxiety and depression. You are not alone, whatever you're facing.

I use humanistic Transactional Analysis, mindfulness, and the therapeutic relationship to help you explore patterns, choices, and beliefs that shape your life. Together, we can begin to heal emotional wounds and unmet needs, creating space for growth, compassion and change.
